What is recorded here

The only record of this possible cross-slab is a sketch by Wakeman (1891, 358, Pl. III, no. 28), who attributed it to 'Aran Mór'. Only the cross form itself is depicted and it consists of a one-line Greek cross with bifurcating arms enclosed within a one-line circle (Higgins 1987, vol. II, 351, no. 74). Not located. Compiled by: Olive Alcock Date of upload: 10 May 2016

The monument record does not grant public access. Check the route and ask the landowner before entering private land.

The map shows only the centre of the wider government map area. The government record does not identify the exact monument point.
