Higgins (1987, vol. 2, 314, nos. 40 and 41) records that there used to be two slabs incorporated in the wall which divides ‘St. Soorney’s Bush’ (GA110-082----) from the nearby ‘St. Soorney’s Well’ (GA110-082001-). Both were small and bore simple pocked Latin crosses. The wall, which was constructed of loose stone, appears to have been rebuilt and both are now lost (ibid.).
