What is recorded here

Located c. 50 m to the N of a church known locally as Teampall Mac Duach (GA110-044001-). This upright rectangular limestone slab (H 1.09m; Wth 0.66m; T 0.12m) is aligned N-S and is regular in outline. Both faces are undressed, the E face is rougher than that facing W. The sides are worn by cattle. Its function is unclear; it may be associated with the church to the S or it may possibly be a scratching post. Compiled by: Olive Alcock Date of upload 18 January 2016
