On a rise in grassland. Marked on the 1945 revision of the OS 6-inch map as an unenclosed roughly subrectangular area abutting a NNE-SSE running field boundary. Apart from a natural rise marking its site and a patch of nettles indicating disturbance on the W side of the field boundary no visible surface trace survives. According to local information, it was cleared c. 1964.
