On a hillock in grassland. Marked on the 1838 edition of the OS 6-inch map as a subcircular enclosure (c. 26m E-W; c. 23m N-S). It occupied the S end of a roughly rectangular small field and the E and W field walls clipped it from NE to SE and NW to SW respectively. No visible surface trace survives. Quarrying had occurred on the E face of the hillock, to the NE of the site.
