In level grassland. Marked on the 1945 edition of the OS 6-inch map as a line of hachures curving from roughly SW to NNW and cut by a road NE-SW running road from E to SW. The poorly preserved earthen bank (C 22m) visible from SW to NNW may be the remains of a rath. A children's burial ground (GA107-057001-) lies in the interior.
