On a rise in otherwise level grassland. Well-preserved rectangular enclosure (40m N-S; 37m E-W) defined by two banks and a wide intervening fosse. The outer bank only survives along the NW side. A large hollow in the N sector of the interior may be the result of quarrying. Abutting
the monument at SE is a rectangular raised platform which may be associated.
