Within an annexe adjoining a rath (GA104-182----). Described by Knox and Redington (1916, 179-80) as a drystone-built souterrain (L >7.3m) consisting of a short passage connected at right angles, via a creep, to a rectangular chamber. Both ends of the chamber had partially collapsed. The souterrain is now inaccessible. It is indicated by a shallow depression (L 3m) running E-W. This was misplaced by McCaffrey (1952, 64-5, 238, no. 119) in the cashel (GA104-183----) c. 440m to the SSE.
