Within the SW quadrant of a cashel (GA104-170001-). This partially destroyed souterrain (L >14.8m) is indicated by an overgrown and rubble-strewn L-shaped passage. The long axis (L 9.7m) runs WNW-ESE and the short axis (L 5.1m) extends off its NE end and runs NE-SW. At NE it disappears under a mound of rubble. The passage varies in width from 1.3m to 3.9m. Some broken slabs in the immediate vicinity may be the remains of roof lintels. (McCaffrey 1952, 235, no. 96a)
