In gently undulating pastureland. When initially inspected in June 1992 this poorly preserved subcircular cashel (47m N-S; 42m E-W) was defined by a drystone wall best preserved from N through E to S. The W half was overlain by a field wall and field-clearance rubble partially obscured the enclosing element at W. Another field wall cut across the monument from N to S. On a revisit in October 2001 the interior of the cashel to the E of the N-S running field wall was completely overgrown. A possible souterrain (GA104-124001-) and house site (GA104-124002-)are associated. (McCaffrey 1952, 228, no. 89a)
