In reclaimed farmland. This cashel (diam. 29.2m) was described by McCaffrey (1952, 200, no. 111) as a circular ‘Stone fort’ defined by a wall (Wth 1.8m; H 0.5m) composed of 'two faces of blocks set on edge'. Field-clearance rubble has been packed against the external wall-face. A possible house site (GA103-148001-) is associated.
