What is recorded here

On a gentle S-facing slope overlooking Tullaghnafrankagh Lough. Marked on 3rd ed. of OS map (1933) as a circular enclosure (D c. 30m) and classified by McCaffrey (1952, 188, no. 62) as an ‘Earthen fort’ which was ‘ploughed out’. Apart from a very slight rise in the field surface at NE and SW, no visible surface trace of the enclosing element survives.
