On Tawin Island in low-lying commonage, on a low rise, c. 60m to the NE of another enclosure (GA102-040----). This subcircular enclosure (dims. 11.5m ENE-WSW; 10m NNW-SSE) came to light following aerial reconnaissance by Markus Casey in August 1999 (SMR file). It is defined by a low bank (Wth 5.05m; int. H 0.2m; ext. H 0.55m) which is best preserved from NW to NE. There is a large gap (Wth 7.5m) at ENE. Field banks associated with a field system (GA102-040003-) radiate from it at S and WNW. Another field wall radiating from it at ENE has been truncated by a trackway immediately to its ENE.
