What is recorded here

On a gentle N-facing slope in grassland. Classified by McCaffrey (1952, 174, no. 13) as a circular ‘Earthen fort’ (diam. c. 45.7m) with traces of internal stone-facing. The monument has been levelled and all that is visible is a large revetted field-clearance cairn, the curving S side of which may follow the line of the enclosing element.
