Prominently located on the SE slopes of Redmond Hill. This oval rath (42m E-W; 35m N-S), in
fair condition, is defined by a low stony bank with traces of inner wall-facing at N and ESE. Whitethorn trees have been planted at regular intervals along it. An external fosse is evident from SE through W to N. From WSW through N to NNE it has been widened considerably as a result of modern landscaping. A gap (Wth 2.5m) at ESE may be original.
