On a hillock in mixed farmland. Marked on the 1838 edition of the OS 6-inch map as the N half of an enclosure (c. 21m E-W) that was cut by an E-W running field boundary; on the 1946-7 edition only a curving line of hachures indicating NW sector of the monument is shown. On inspection in June 1983 no visible surface trace survived. Current aerial imagery (Google 2019) indicates that a number of trees are growing here now.
