On a gentle rise in flat reclaimed farmland. This children's burial ground consists of an unenclosed D-shaped area (22m N-S; 13.2m E-W) within which a number of set stones mark graves aligned E-W. A mound of field-clearance rubble surrounds the monument from W to N and a silage pit has encroached upon it at NE.
