In pastureland. Marked on the 1838 edition of the OS 6-inch map as a roughly circular enclosure (diam. c. 40m). A NW-SE running field boundary overlies the enclosing element from N to E and a second field boundary, running NW-SE, overlies it from E to S. On inspection in June 1983 only the tree-planted curving field boundaries were evident from N to E to S. No visible surface trace survived from S through W to N.
The interior of the site was overgrown with trees.
