On a S-facing slope in grassland. A subcircular rath (42m WNW-ESE; 40m NNE-SSW), in fair
condition, defined by a bank and external fosse; the latter survives from SSE to SW. A field bank cuts across the monument from NNE to SSW. Several gaps in the enclosing element appear to be modern.
