What is recorded here

Within the graveyard (GA097-114001-), on the N side of the surviving wall of the church (GA097-114----). Only the upper part of this tapering graveslab (H 0.55m; T 0.14m; base Wth 0.46m; Wth at top 0.51m) is visible. It is embedded upright in ground and is currently being used as a grave-marker. No decorative detail or inscription is evident. Higgins (1998, 1-4) suggests that it could date between the 12th and early 15th century.
