On a rise in gently undulating scrub and grassland. Well-preserved subcircular rath (26.6m N-S; 21.6m E-W) defined by a bank and external fosse; the latter is visible from SE through S to N. Compiled by: Galway Archaeological Survey, UCG Date of upload: 24 January 2017
