In gently undulating grassland. Marked on the 1838 edition of the OS 6-inch map as an oval enclosure (c. 55m E-W; c. 35m N-S) with a ‘Cave’ (GA097-040----) in the W half of the interior. An ENE-WSW running field boundary clipped it at S. No visible surface trace survives. Two other raths lay c. 195m to the W and c. 300m to the NW respectively.
