In mixed farmland. Described by Cody (1989, 196-7, no. 47) as a poorly preserved subcircular rath (24.5m E-W; 22m N-S) defined by a stone-faced earthen bank and an external fosse; the latter survives from SW to NW. Possible entrance gap (Wth 4m) at NNW. A field wall cuts through the monument at NW and S. Compiled by: Galway Archaeological Survey, UCG Date of upload: 8 December 2017
