What is recorded here

On a slope in grassland. Circular cashel (diam. 33.9m), in fair condition, defined by a collapsed drystone wall. Field walls overlie it from N through E to S and field-clearance material has been piled against it at W. A sheep pen has been incorporated into the wall at SE. Redington (1916a, 54) refers two large stone uprights within the interior but no visible surface trace of them survives. There is a souterrain (GA096-037001-) in the NW quadrant.
