In mixed farmland. Marked on the 1838 edition of the OS 6-inch map as a circular enclosure (diam. c. 40m). On the 1933 map edition it is more irregular in plan (c. 70m N-S; c. 40m E-W) and the NE sector is occupied by farm buildings. Classified by McCaffrey (1952, 151, no. 46) as a ‘much destroyed’ oval ‘Earthen fort’ (c. 73m N-S; c. 26m E-W). No visible surface trace survives.
