What is recorded here

On the crest of a ridge in undulating grassland. When visited by the Survey in 1982, this monument consisted of the W half of a circular rath (diam. 42.5m), which was cut by a road from NNW to SSE. It was defined by two banks and an intervening fosse. In 1990 the monument was bulldozed during land-clearance operations and no visible surface trace survives. However, its outline is clearly visible on the OSi digitalglobe aerial photograph. There is a souterrain (GA095-038001-) in the SW quadrant of the interior.
