At 'Pollacushlann' on N shore of Oranmore Bay. In existence in 1574 when it was in the possession of Walter Burke (Nolan 1901, 113). Evidently extant in late 18th C (GBCAS Files) but subsequently demolished in early 19th C to build the small quay which marks the spot today. No visible surface trace survives. (Athy 1914, 154)
