In a sheltered location to S of Ballynakill Lough. A ruinous medieval church (E-W; L 10.15m, Wth 5.5m). The doorway, with chamfered jambs and lintel, is set off-centre in W wall and there is a tall round-headed window in E. The surrounding graveyard contains mainly 18th-19th-C burials. (Gwynn and Hadcock 1970, 385; Killanin 1947, 125-30)
