What is recorded here

Circa 8m SW of a ringfort (GA087-111----). An almost circular rath (N-S 31m, E-W 30m), in fair condition, defined by a bank and external fossebest preserved at W. A gap (Wth 2.2m) at E could beoriginal. Quarrying has disturbed the outer face of thebank from SW through W to NW. A CBG (GA087-111003) occupies the centre of the interior. According to Egan (1960, 13), this rath is remembered only as a children's burial ground.
