In gently undulating marshland. A poorly preserved well, dry at the time of visit, dedicated to St Commadan. It is enclosed by a rectangular drystone-built wall (NE-SW; L 2m, Wth 1.5m) on W, N and E sides and is open to S. No steps are evident at the entrance but the floor here is paved with limestone flags. A hawthorn tree is growing at SW. According to OS Letters (O'Flanagan 1927, Vol. 1, 566), stations were performed here on Sundays.
