In W half of N rath of a conjoined ringfort (GA086-040----). A drystone-built chamber (L 8.6m), running N-S, with a trapezoidal depression (L 8m) extending to E from its S end. Present access is at NW corner. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Galway Vol. II - North Galway'.
