What is recorded here

Originally located on High Island (see GA021-026049-). Described by Fisher (2014, 212, no. 23, Fig. 7.5) as a rectilinear slab of garnet mica-schist (H 0.67m; Wth 0.53m; T 0.09m), which was broken across obliquely at the left foot. One face was decorated. It is filled with a grooved linear cross with forked terminals, similar to that on the N face of the cross-slab (GA021-026007-) near the holy well (GA021-026007-) the island. It was not possible to determine if the lower terminal had been carved due to damage by flaking. Compiled by: Olive Alcock Date of upload: 20 November 2015
