This cross-slab was recorded by Bigger (1900, 84-5) as 'on the low wall in front of the caretaker's cottage' on Inchcleraun Island, Co. Longford (see LF021-048011- for original location). It is now in the care of the OPW (Athenry depot, Co. Galway). The subrectangular slab (H 0.42m; 0.3m x 0.19m), of fossiliferous limestone, bears a very worn, two-line, incised Latin cross with a circular expansion at the centre. (English 1971, 148; Ciuchini 2010, Stone D, 92, 102, fig. 7)
