Across the River Corrib below Menlough castle (GA080-064----). The discovery of a number of stray finds from this section of the river, including Bann flakes, a La Tène sword and a dugout canoe, suggests the existence of a crossing point here, as may also the castle. No visible surface traces survive. (Rynne 1984, 23, 25)
