On the summit of a low hill overlooking Lough Corrib to N. Poorly preserved subcircular rath (N-S 33m, E-W 28.8m) defined at SE by a bank, elsewhere by a scarp. Numerous gaps are visible, all of which appear to be modern. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Galway Vol. I - West Galway'.
