Associated with the leacht (GA076-020010-) that is located c. 20m to the NE of the church (GA076-020001-) on Cruach na Cara/St Macdara’s Island. Bigger (1896, 109) refers to ‘several spherical praying or "cursing” stones on the leacht. Two are now visible at NNW, one is of granite and the other is limestone. The granite boulder (0.19m N-S; 0.15m E-W; T 0.12m) is roughly oval in shape, while the limestone one (0.17m N-S; 0.16m E-W; T 0.65m) is roughly circular and very flat. Another small spherical granite boulder, visible to the W of the cross-slab (GA076-020009-) that was formerly located on the leacht but is now c. standing c. 3m to its SSE, may also be another one of these stones.
