What is recorded here

On a natural rise in wet pastureland, S of railway line. Marked on 1st ed. of OS 6-inch map as two conjoined enclosures, aligned E-W; only W one is marked on 3rd ed. (1933). It consists of a poorly preserved circular area (D 34m) defined by a degraded bank at SE, and elsewhere by a scarp. The smaller E enclosure (D 25.8m) is indicated by a slightly raised circular platform.
