What is recorded here

On a hillock in undulating pastureland, within former demesne land. An irregularly shaped earthen enclosure (E-W 44.5m, N-S 31.5m), in fair condition, defined by a low bank and shallow external fosse from W through N to SE. Elsewhere a steep scarp (H 10m max.) forms the enclosing element. An old shed stands in SE quadrant. Another enclosure (GA072-060----) lies immediately to S.
