Within a ringfort (GA070-068----). A well-preserved drystone-built souterrain, T-shaped in plan, consisting of two chambers connected by a creep. Access is gained via a displaced roof lintel at S end of 1st chamber (L 7.7m) which runs NNW-SSE. Some 5m from N end, on NE side, a short passage (L 1.53m, Wth 0.95m) leads to a creep (L 0.63m, Wth 0.37m) which leads to the 2nd chamber. This chamber (L c. 10m, Wth c. 3m), running WSW-ENE, is inaccessible.
