Recorded by Bradley and Dunne (1992, 62) as being located on the floor of the N transept of the friary (GA070-035001-) and described as a 17th-century slab (L 1.65m; Wth 0.69m) that was reused in 1869. It bears the following inscription:
[PRAY] FOR THE SOVLES/ [OF] IOHN LYNCH & … / BR …
LYNCH … WHOSE/ …N LYE HERE
On inspection in June 2018 this slab could not be identified.
