Recorded by Bradley and Dunne (1992, 61-2) at the friary (GA070-035001-) and described as a 17th-century slab (L 1.92m; Wth 0.84m) that was reused in 1867 when a new inscription was cut across the earlier one. An inscription reads:
PRAY FO[R THE] SOVLS/ OF IAM[ES] & MAT/ THEW …
There is no clear indication as to where this slab is located and on inspection in June 2018 it could not be identified.
