Located on the floor of the nave of the friary (GA070-035001-). Described by Bradley and Dunne (1992, 60) as a broken slab (L 1.05m; Wth 0.94m; T 0.1m) bearing the following inscription:
PRAY FOR THE SOVLES OF/ WILLIAM [SIDY AND] HIS WIFE/
ONORA FAHE AND THEIR/ POSTER[ITIE 1688]
On inspection in June 2018 a broken slab matching the dimensions was found but no trace of an inscription was evident on it.
