In gently undulating grassland. Marked on OS 6-inch maps as an oval enclosure cut by field boundaries from NNW to N and from N to E. The monument has been levelled and is now indicated by a low rise (NE-SW 50m, NW-SW 36m) within which are a series of mounds and hollows.
