Part of a complex of monuments; it lies c. 200m S of a cashel (GA056-024001-). Poorly preserved circular cashel (D 34m) defined by a collapsed and grassed-over drystone wall. The immediate area has been used as a dump for field clearance. (ASGAP 167:82) The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Galway Vol. II - North Galway'.
