On SW slopes of Cashel Hill. The monument is well preserved, consisting of a gallery aligned E-W (L 3.1m, Wth 1.2m at the broader W end). A transverse slab, leaning heavily outwards, separates the main chamber and portico. The former (L 1.7m) is roofed by a single slab. Closely set outer walling tapers to a point c. 1.5m E of the gallery's backstone. Traces of a mound survive around the monument. (Cooney 1986)
