What is recorded here

Within Doon Wood, from which the td. derives its name. Overgrown almost circular rath (D 35.5m), in fair condition, defined by two banks and an intervening fosse. Well-defined entrance causeway (Wth 6m) at SE. Within NE sector of interior is a rectangular hollow (L 8.7m), running NNE-SSW, possibly a souterrain.
