Within a ringfort (GA042-092----). A partially collapsed souterrain, L-shaped in plan. Most of the longer arm (L 11.2m, Wth 1.33m) has collapsed and is now defined by a linear hollow running N-S. About midway along this section, two lintels survive in situ just at a point where the passage narrows, suggesting the presence of a creep. The shorter arm extends off S end and runs E-W. It consists of a drystone-built rectangular chamber (L 3m). Access is gained through a modern gap at E end. (Costello 1903, 9)
