This inscribed rectangular graveslab (L 1.64m; Wth at top 0.68m; 0.78m at bottom; T 0.12m), dated 1671, is on floor of the SE transept of the friary church (GA041-047----). It widens from the top of the slab to the bottom and it bears a Latin cross with straight terminals and a shaft that ends on a stepped base. It bears the following inscription, running around its edge: FOR THE SOULS OF JOHN T NUHIL AND HIS WIFE ONER MURISH 1671. Tools associated with a mason are evident on the lower right-hand side of the slab.
