What is recorded here

On a slight rise in gently undulating grassland, surrounded by a field system (GA031-035001-). In existence in 1574 when it was in the possession of 'Melaghlin Mc an Abbe' (Nolan 1901b, 122). All that survives is a rectangular depression (L 11.7m, Wth 7.5m) surrounded by grassed-over banks of collapsed rubble. An internal division is visible within the depression.
