On a rise in level grassland. Well- preserved circular rath (D 52m) defined by a bank and external fosse with traces of a possible outer bank visible intermittently. Quarrying has encroached upon the monument at NE. Well-defined entrance at SSW. A field wall cuts the fosse at N.
